Ingredients
- 45g SKIPPY® CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
- 60 ml light sesame ginger vinaigrette
- 150g shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 4 leaves cos lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 25-cm whole wheat tortilla wraps
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter and vinaigrette; mix well. Stir in the chicken, carrot and celery.
- Divide the lettuce and tomato evenly between the tortillas; top with the chicken mixture. Roll up. Slice diagonally to serve.
