SKIPPY® Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

Small in stature, huge in chocolate peanut butter flavor. SKIPPY® Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls are simple to make and great at parties. Make sure you make a lot, they go fast!

  • 130g SKIPPY® Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 180g butter
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips


  1. Line baking sheet with baking parchment.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter and 120g butter; beat together until blended. Gradually stir in the sugar.
  3. On chopping board or flat surface, knead peanut butter mixture until smooth.
  4. Shape mixture into 48 small balls.
  5. Arrange balls on a baking tray. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, melt chocolate chips and remaining 60g butter over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  7. With two forks, dip balls into chocolate.
  8. Return to baking sheet.
  9. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  10. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
