Ingredients
- 130g SKIPPY® CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
- 180g butter
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Line baking sheet with baking parchment.
- In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter and 120g butter; beat together until blended. Gradually stir in the sugar.
- On chopping board or flat surface, knead peanut butter mixture until smooth.
- Shape mixture into 48 small balls.
- Arrange balls on a baking tray. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan, melt chocolate chips and remaining 60g butter over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- With two forks, dip balls into chocolate.
- Return to baking sheet.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
