Ingredients
- 90g SKIPPY® CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
- 120 ml water
- 60 ml red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
- 2 rounded tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon peanut or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, if desired
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (565g)
Directions
- Preheat the barbecue.
- To make the peanut-sesame sauce, in a 14-cm (1 litre) saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the chicken. Bring to the boil over a medium heat, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Reduce the heat to low; simmer, stirring frequently, for 1 more minute.
- Cook the chicken, turning and brushing occasionally with 120 ml peanut/sesame sauce, for 12 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with the remaining sauce.
