SKIPPY® Asian Peanut Noodle and Vegetable Salad

SKIPPY® Asian Peanut Noodle and Vegetable Salad is an easy main dish to quickly throw together or a delightful side to any meal.

  • 8 ounces whole wheat linguine
  • 1/3 cup light Asian sesame ginger vinaigrette
  • 5 tablespoons SKIPPY® Creamy Natural Peanut Butter Spread
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 cup thin strips cucumber
  • 1 cup (3×1/8×1/8-inch) julienned carrots
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions


  1. Cook linguine according to package directions; drain.
  2. Rinse under cold running water until completely cool.
  3. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine vinaigrette, peanut butter and orange juice; mix well.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
